SIGA Airtightness Solutions: To achieve the high levels of energy efficiency required for the Bothy, we supplied SIGA airtightness tapes and membranes. These products are designed to create a completely sealed building envelope, manage moisture within building elements and reduce air leakage ensuring the structure retains heat effectively, even in challenging weather conditions.
Steico Therm Insulation: We supplied Steico Therm insulation which is a woodfibre-based, rigid insulation board. As a natural and sustainable insulation material known for its excellent thermal properties, it is also an excellent choice due to the multiple purposes it can be used for (including a plaster carrier) at a cost-effective price per sqm. An added benefit of Steico Therm is that it is very easy to work with and handle, and it does not require any specialist tools or equipment to fit.
